User Account Manager

For a quick resolution of your problem run UAM in debug logging mode ("logging" option under "System Settings" in the ribbon toolbar) then send the log file and the uam.mdb file with details of your problem to support@it-direct.co.nz.

Printer Connection Manager

When running PCM check computer event log for errors, also in the settings.xml file make sure the 'Show Errors' option is set to true. Run PCM and send any error info to support@it-direct.co.nz.
